Miosotis Family Childcare is a bilingual program in English and Spanish that serve children three months to three years old. Our program provides a safe and secure environment to families and children in our community. Children are treated with respect and kindness. Our focus is to facilitate educational experiences promoting social, emotional, physical, and cognitive developments as children learn through play and having fun.

I am thrilled to share my extraordinary experience with Tia Mio. What makes Mio's Daycare so exceptional is her and her team's dedication to creating a holistic caring environment. Dropping your child off with a stranger is an impossible ask. Which is why we are so thankful Miosotis’s home feels like the furthest thing from that. Our son gets excited each morning when he realizes he is spending another day with his friends and teachers. He is cared for and comes home every day happy and tired. We were lucky enough to have been connected to Mio and her daycare team through a friend from my sons school. From my first conversation with Mio I could feel how warm and welcoming she is, this was very important to us as parents leaving our child with new people. Mio and her team of caregivers are kind, patient, caring, and fun to be around. Our daughter absolutely loves going to school every day and she has learned so much! She constantly asks for Mio on the weekends and has also made some really wonderful friends at there. Its a wonderful place!

Ava has been enrolled in Miosotis Family Childcare since she was five months old, and it has been one of the best decisions we have ever made as first-time parents! Miosotis and her staff are trustworthy, loving and they genuinely care for each child. This made our transition so easy. Miosotis does and amazing job creating an environment that is safe for the children to learn and play. She keeps us informed by sending daily photos and videos of Ava engaged in activities, as well as progress reports. We are beyond grateful for the relationships we have been able to build in this community

Miosotis’s daycare is an incredible place that both of our kids attended for years. Mio and her staff are exceptional early childcare professionals and our kids built strong relationships with each caregiver and their peers. Mio worked hard to have interesting and developmentally appropriate activities and prioritized time outside, taking advantage of all of the resources at Franklin Park. In addition to everything wonderful about the day to day experience, Mio fostered a community of the families who attended her daycare. Several years later, some of the people we met through Mio’s remain close friends. We can’t recommend it enough!
We just asked Jacob and maya if they missed being at mios and they both said “yesssss” Jacob said “we got to go outside every day!” And maya said “my teachers were so good”
